Every offer below is the same thing: find out where your business actually stands online, and fix it. What changes is how much of the work we do, and whether the result is yours to keep or ours to run.
Monthly lanes are rented. Builds are bought.
A monthly lane stops when you stop paying — that is the whole deal, and it is a fair one. A Diagnostic and a Build both end: the report, the source, the infrastructure, the accounts, and the workflows that produced them are yours, and the rent goes to zero. Neither is a discount on the other. One is a service you hold, the others are assets you own.
Two rungs, both fixed and both scoped against a deliverable list rather than a timesheet. The first is the one to start with — it is the same instrument we run on ourselves, and it is what every build we have shipped started with.
llms.txtThe one band that bills time. Work outside an agreed scope — a change of direction mid-build, an integration nobody scoped, a month of hands-on work after launch — is billed at $225 an hour. It is the only thing on this page measured in time, and it is deliberately the exception rather than the model. Everything above it is a fixed price against a list.
The delivery date is set at signing, as a number of business days from a named milestone — usually your input landing, not the day the contract was signed — and it goes into the scope before signature. Miss the date, and the remaining balance is refunded. It is deliberately not a flat day count: a fixed calendar guarantee rewards slow approvals and penalises fast work.
| Measure | Number |
|---|---|
| Agent runtime, reference buildacross ~34 agents, parallel | ~6 hrs |
| Cloud research tokens, that build~90% of compute ran on a flat subscription | ~587k |
| Same scope, traditional routewhat an agency quotes for this work | ~$101k |
| Human hours, traditional routeat the mid of the $125–185 contractor band | ~655 |
| Candidate-fit system, testsprovenance checked, not asserted | 64 / 64 |
| Commerce audit harness, testsagainst a store with planted defects | 48 / 48 |
The last two rows are the reason we can price a build this way. Most firms in this space tell you a senior human reviews the output. We show you the test counts, because a claim about review is worth nothing and a passing suite is worth something.
The traditional comparison is the reason the price looks low. The same scope that carries a five-figure agency quote is built here in days, by a system that already exists, and the difference is not quality — it is that nothing is billed by the hour.
We will show you the reference build, the audit that produced these numbers, and the harnesses that reproduce them. Every figure on this page is reproducible.
We run the same read-only audit we run on ourselves. It costs you nothing and it is the same instrument, not a sales version.
Fixed price, deliverable list, and the delivery date. If the audit says you do not need what you asked for, we will say that in the scope instead of taking the money.
Nothing starts without a signature. A declined audit is a declined audit, and we will point you at what we would do in your place.
You see real work every week. Your approvals are the critical path, so we ask for them on a day, not whenever you get to it.
Source, infrastructure, accounts, and the prompts used to build it are yours. Stay on a monthly lane if you want, leave whenever, export as a Build Kit if you'd rather run it yourself.
Because they are not the same product. The monthly lane is a service: it runs while you pay it and stops when you stop. A Build is an asset: source, infrastructure, accounts and workflows are yours at handover, and it includes twelve months of the fully managed lane — so you are never paying rent and owning a debt at the same time. If the monthly lane solves your problem, take the monthly lane. That is not the consolation prize, it is the correct answer for a lot of businesses.
No. A Build is scoped and priced against a deliverable list and a delivery date, not against a subscription term. The twelve months of managed lane inside it is the handover period — the operating year while your team learns to run it — and it is not charged again afterwards.
You need a brochure site. A five-page site with no estimator, no agent, and no product feed problem is a template and a weekend. Use Webflow, Squarespace, or a $199 template. Charging you $25,000 for that would be the exact thing we are priced against.
You want a website and nothing else. If a redesigned site is genuinely the whole job, the self-serve lanes are the honest price and we will tell you so on the first call.
You are below the floor. Under $25,000 we do not do fixed-price build work. Not because we cannot, but because at that budget something important gets skipped and you would be the one finding out which. If $25,000 is out of reach, the $7,500 diagnostic is the honest next step — you keep the report either way and can act on it yourself.
You are open to hourly. We do not bill time at any tier. It is the only pricing model that makes this model possible, and it is not negotiable.
